This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product purchases made through Classyfyed (classyfyed.in), operated by RRSOFTSOL PRIVATE LIMITED.

Classyfyed is a student marketplace that connects you with third-party brands and merchants. Because of this, shipping — including availability, timelines, charges, and tracking — may vary depending on the brand or merchant you are ordering from and the product you have chosen.

This policy covers physical e-commerce orders only. Travel bookings and digital subscriptions are not subject to this Shipping Policy.

Where We Ship

Classyfyed currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping availability to your specific location depends on the brand or merchant you are ordering from and the product in your cart. Not all products are available for delivery to all pin codes across India.

  • You will be able to check delivery availability for your pin code at the time of placing your order.
  • If a product is not deliverable to your location, you will be informed before checkout.

Accepted Delivery Addresses

We accept delivery to any valid address within India, including:

  • Permanent residential addresses
  • College hostels and PG accommodations
  • Temporary or rented addresses

There are no restrictions on the type of address you can use. Please ensure the address, pin code, and contact number you provide are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by brand, merchant, product type, and your delivery location. The estimated delivery date for each product will be displayed on the product page and at checkout before you place your order.

  • Standard shipping is the only mode currently available on Classyfyed. Express or same-day delivery is not offered at this time.
  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays beyond our or the merchant's control.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery timelines are set by the respective brand or merchant. Classyfyed is not responsible for delays caused by the brand, merchant, or their logistics partner.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges on Classyfyed depend on the brand, the product, and your delivery location. There is no single flat shipping rate across the Platform.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Some brands may offer free shipping above a certain order value. This will be shown on the product or brand page.
  • You will never be charged a shipping fee that was not shown to you at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will do our best to provide you with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

  • Tracking availability depends on the brand or merchant and their logistics partner.
  • Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link or number via email or SMS after your order is dispatched.
  • For orders where tracking is not available, you can contact us at support@classyfyed.com with your order ID and we will follow up with the merchant on your behalf.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful — for example, because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect — the following applies:

  • Our delivery partner will make one re-attempt to deliver your order.
  • If the second attempt also fails, the order may be returned to the merchant or warehouse.
  • In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you, or repeated unavailability, you may be charged the applicable logistics or return shipping fees before a re-dispatch is arranged.
  • Any such charges will be communicated to you before being deducted or billed.
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact number before placing your order to avoid failed deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1 Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or in a condition significantly different from what was described:

  • The responsibility for the damaged product lies with the brand or merchant, not Classyfyed.
  • If you are not at fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, depending on the merchant's policy.
  • To raise a damage claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@classyfyed.com with your order ID and photographs of the damaged product.
  • We will coordinate with the merchant on your behalf and ensure your refund or replacement is processed as quickly as possible.

7.2 Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed as lost by the logistics partner:

  • You will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including any shipping charges.
  • Classyfyed will coordinate with the brand or merchant to confirm the loss and initiate the refund.
  • Refunds for lost shipments will be processed within 7 business days of the loss being confirmed.

Brand-Specific Shipping Terms

Since Classyfyed works with a wide and growing range of brand partners, shipping terms — including timelines, charges, tracking, and return procedures — may differ from brand to brand and product to product.

  • Each brand or merchant may have their own shipping and delivery policies that apply to your order in addition to this Policy.
  • We strongly recommend reading the brand's shipping terms on their product page before placing an order.
  • In case of any conflict between Classyfyed's Shipping Policy and a brand's shipping terms, the brand's terms will apply to that specific transaction.
