Classyfyed is a student-focused platform operated by RRSOFTSOL PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at:

Building No. 49B, 3rd Floor, Sairaj Towers, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, beside Mercedes Benz Showroom, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Telangana – 500081, India.

Classyfyed brings together e-commerce deals, travel bookings, and digital subscriptions — all in one place, exclusively for students across India.

By accessing or using Classyfyed — whether through our website (classyfyed.in) or mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

To use Classyfyed, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are 12 years of age or older.
• You are currently enrolled as a student at a Government-recognised college or university in India.
• You are not barred or restricted from using online platforms under any applicable Indian law.

Student Verification

To unlock student-exclusive pricing and deals, you must verify your student status. We accept any one of the following as proof:

• Institutional email ID (e.g. yourname@college.edu.in)
• Valid Student Identity Card (uploaded on the Platform)
• Enrollment Number or Roll Number issued by your institution

We reserve the right to re-verify your student status at any time. Access to student benefits may be revoked if verification fails or if you are no longer enrolled.

Classyfyed currently offers three categories of services:

4.1 E-Commerce

We connect students with product deals and offers from third-party brands and sellers. Classyfyed acts as an intermediary platform and is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• All product listings, prices, and descriptions are provided by the respective brands or merchants.
• Classyfyed does not own, warehouse, or ship products unless separately specified.
• By placing an order, you enter into a direct purchase agreement with the relevant brand or merchant.

Always read the brand's own Terms & Conditions before making a purchase. Brand-level terms may differ from ours and will govern that specific transaction.

4.2 Travel

Classyfyed operates as an online travel aggregator, facilitating bookings through third-party travel partners.

• Classyfyed does not own or operate any transport, accommodation, or travel inventory directly.
• All travel bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the respective travel partner.
• Student travel discounts, where available, are subject to the partner's own eligibility conditions in addition to ours.
• It is your responsibility to carry valid government-issued photo ID and any documents required by the carrier or destination.

Travel partners and available routes or services may change over time. Always confirm the terms of the specific travel partner before booking.

4.3 Digital Subscriptions

Classyfyed offers access to discounted digital subscription plans from third-party platforms — including streaming services, productivity tools, and educational platforms — exclusively for verified students.

• Subscriptions are activated upon successful payment and student verification.
• Each subscription plan is also governed by the terms of the respective brand or service provider. Please read their terms before subscribing.
• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account or subscription benefits is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Auto-renewal is currently not enabled. You will be notified before your subscription expires.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

All transactions on Classyfyed are processed through RBI-authorised payment gateways. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Classyfyed does not store your card details. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment gateway partners.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, network issues, or your payment provider.

6.1 E-Commerce

• You may request a return within 7 business days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
• Certain product categories are not eligible for returns — including perishables, digital codes, personalised items, and hygiene products. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product listing.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.

Return and refund eligibility is also subject to the brand's or merchant's own policy, which may be more or less restrictive than ours. Please read the brand's terms before purchasing.

6.2 Travel Bookings

• Cancellation and refund terms for travel bookings are set by the respective travel partner and may vary by fare type, route, and booking window.
• Classyfyed platform fees or convenience charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds from travel partners will be passed on to you within 7 business days of receipt from the partner.

6.3 Digital Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, regardless of usage.
• If a subscription is terminated by us due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

Classyfyed works with a growing and evolving list of brand partners across e-commerce, travel, and digital subscriptions. The terms governing each transaction — including pricing, cancellation, refund, and eligibility conditions — may vary depending on:

• The brand or service provider involved
• The type of purchase (product, travel booking, or subscription)
• Any promotional or limited-time offer applicable at the time of purchase

You are strongly encouraged to read the Terms & Conditions of the relevant brand or partner before completing any purchase or booking on Classyfyed.

Classyfyed is not responsible for any inconsistency between its terms and those of a brand or partner. In case of conflict, the brand's or partner's terms will govern that specific transaction.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice to you.

Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Classyfyed, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information, including fake student credentials
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the Platform
• Resell or commercially exploit any deal, subscription, or booking obtained through Classyfyed
• Impersonate any person, institution, or brand

Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension, cancellation of active orders, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the Classyfyed Platform — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of RRSOFTSOL PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Classyfyed and RRSOFTSOL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from transactions with third-party brands, merchants, or travel partners
• Inaccuracies in product listings, prices, or travel information provided by partners
• Service disruptions caused by third-party platforms or payment gateways
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our Grievance Redressal process will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad, India.

The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
